We have been using iStorage the last year and a half & haven’t had any issues. They have always been responsive & the prices are very competitive. We had two units there & from move in to move out, we would highly recommend!

I had rented at a local competitor a few years back and I will say the entire process that I encountered at IStorage DP and the young professional manager Miranda made me have a total different outlook on storing my items this time around. Clean facility and good rates.

The property manager Miranda was great. Came by to grab pricing on a 10x15 unit, she was extemely knowledgable and helpful. Property was very clean. It nice to see a storage facility in the area that has great customer service and a clean property.

I was able to view online my storage options with size and price listed. Filled out my information for storage rental, paid, and was approved online. Price was lower than where I initially had started to reserve until I saw the end price. Glad I checked with Istorage.

Went in to ask a few questions about a unit, an Naomi really helped me choose exactly what I needed. An she actually saved me money, which I really loved because many places would've sold you anything just to make a few extra dollars. I cant complain and will refer this location everytime someone asks.

My husband and I have visited several storage facilities in the Deer Park area and LockTite Storage was by far, the best place we went to. Mrs. Meserve was extremely kind, she gave me all of the information that I needed and gave me discounts where she could. She offered us drinks and they had snacks while we waited. The place was very clean and smelled great and the storage units were in great condition and very comfortable when you walked in. They also have blue tooth capabilities which allows you to open the gate and unit with an app on your cell phone. I would definitely recommend LockTite Storage! You won’t find any place better! She went above and beyond to ensure I received excellent customer service, even coming into the office on her day off to take care of a last minute detail for my unit. Jessica was very responsive via both email and phone, and was always able to provide the answers to my questions in a cheerful and efficient manner. The employee I worked with the day I moved my items into my unit was also helpful and friendly. Working with these two excellent employees made my experience as low-stress as possible (as low-stress as moving during a Houston summer can be!).

Thad and Miranda are amazing and a pleasure to work with. I had my travel trailer stored here for more than 3 years while I was working in Louisiana. These folks actually took the time to send me emails and call my phone when I was due on my rent to avoid me paying late fees all the time. On more than one occasion they helped me resolve other issues that I had while trying to move my trailer to a buddy's house, and always welcomed me back with open arms! LockTite Storage in Deer Park couldn't be any better!!! I have received the best customer service imaginable, as well as a great value in a great location! Thad is the BEST! It was also so convenient to be able to use his large covered truck to move my belongings, instead of having to go through U-haul --- And at an INCREDIBLY GREAT price (just ask him)!!! Complimentary snacks, water, coffee and other "important supplies" are all available right in the office which is great while you're mid-move! Thank you again LockTite and Thad... I've been a customer here for a couple of years. The office staff have always been very helpful and respectful. This past week it was noticed that my unit didn't have a lock on it. I was called immediately, and a lock was put on my unit. Couldn't ask for a better place to store stuff. They have your back!

When I went online and reserved a unit with Locktite Storage (Deer Park), I received a call within a few minutes or so informing me the unit was ready for move-in.
