Have a climate control unit here. Love how clean the unit was. The property and the unit were both easily accessed while still being secured. I would definitely use them again.

I have been using iStorage for around 1 1/2 years and they have always been very easy to deal with and very helpful, I really like the place where I store my RV!

Very great facility

Nice place and staff. Well kept too. The only loss of a star is because when it was time to close my account, I was 6 days into the new month and paid full price for the 30/31 days. They do not prorate if you move out before the billing date refreshes. I didn’t get refunded for the 25 days remaining. Instead the staff asked if I would like to just keep the unit until the billing cycle was complete. Really? I’ve moved out. Why would I keep an mty unit? I held this review hoping to get a refund and not have to post.

Good customer service from the site manager Brianna. Clean and convenient. A little pricey, but worth it to me. I would like to see them implement a policy that would allow me to have 24 hour access for a limited time at no charge. It would be convenient when prepping my trailer for a trip. And, when returning from a trip late night/early morning.

Even though I ended up going in a different direction due to time and finance constraints, she still followed up to ensure I was taken care of. Moe is the property manager, and Moe is awesome! If you want honesty and a place where you can call directly and speak with the "boss" on site; this is the place. She runs a tight facility which is fair and crime free. Her price's are fair and honest. No hidden fee's, no monthly or quarterly raise in $$ per unit. The rules are the rules so you know where you stand. If you keep in touch she will do her best to work with you! So glad I came here. I've used a couple different storage companies in this area and Moe is by far the most honest and direct. I like direct. No lies, no misconceptions, no what-ifs.

The team is always helpful, the facility is spotless, ....this is how to run a business. I have had my motorhome in a couple of facilities...this is by far the best. Moe and Miranda are very special. They care about their customers...I can't say enough good things about them.

Moe goes up and beyond for the best customer service.

We looked at several storage facilities in the area and the lady Mrs Moe at Locktite in LP was outstanding and we could not go anywhere else due to her hospitality!!! They have a referral program you can earn a 100.00 for referrals, and she took care of us from the unit to moving supplies to even great restaurants in the area for lunch the day we were moving. I so appreciate her taking care of us, thanks again Mrs Moe :)

We looked at several storage places Locktite was the first one. Moe was very wonderful on our first visit. We went and looked at the other units at different places but decided even though the other places for cheaper we felt more comfortable with Moe. She helped us with every aspect of our moving I would refer her for anyone looking for a storage unit. She doesn't stop just want she went to unit she goes above and beyond the call of duty. You need more employees like her she's wonderful.

The place is very convenient with great spaces to choose from and the costumer service provided by the attendants is the best. I Really recommend it.

I have used this storage for many years now and I can honestly tell you that I wouldn't use any other storage in town. Mo is absolutely the sweetest manager I have dealt with thru the years. She does whatever she can to help and give me the best rates possible. She has gone out of her way at times to help in the months I run behind on my rent. I couldn't be happier.

After my original storage facility had to evict all tenants due to hurricane Harvey damage, I was under the gun to find an alternate facility. Mo did everything to secure a storage unit even though I was late to act. She even helped us with carts, etc. I could not be happier. Customer service is the key and this place has that completely covered. I highly recommend this business..

As a long time renter at this facility I have had nothing short of exceptional service from both the previous and current managers but Moe truly cares about her clients and it is obvious each and every time I have had any dealings with her. It is truly a pleasure every month to go into the office (even to make a payment) and I feel like I just talked with a family member when I leave. Not just Moe but all the employees there are professional and courteous.

Moe in the office is amazing! When I got there, I was in shock. The house we were buying fell through and we needed storage asap. She was an angel and by the time I left there, I was smiling.
