The manager on site is fabulous. She is always friendly and helps out however she can. She is very thorough with her explanationa of company policies and helps us determine the best way forward when we need to be late due to circumstances. The facility needs work but we understand it is an older facility. We hope we can get the facility fixed up soon.

Most storage facilities are the same, however this one stands out. The manager Dawn is by far ahead of the customer satisfaction experience. Her professionalism and attention to detail leaves others in the dust. She made the difference and helped me realize that not all storage facilities are created equal. I was blown away by her desire to go above and beyond. She has definatly set a bar in an industry that always seemed so basic and cold. I dare others to try and come close. I would recommend Dawn and her store to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much!
Staff is great and very helpful! 4 of 5 stars because the rent goes up every year with no improvents being made. The drive-throughs are a mess.

The entire staff at The Storage Place is amazing. They are very friendly and professional. Camille started me with my unit and I have been pleased with everything she has done. She is definitely an asset to the company.
I haven’t had any issues so far. The pricing is great! That’s what drew me to this facility over others. And it’s clean and has climate controlled storage space. The customer service was great when I signed up as well. And I like the automatic billing option.
The couple that runs the plays are always extremely helpful.
