I can never get anyone on the phone. The hours are restrictive. The online payment feature never works for me and the pay by phone feature is inconvenient. The facility is clean and well maintained.
Trey and Alex were very competent and friendly in helping us with our storage needs. Trey even offered to help us move things into the building. Our move has been a nightmare, but they made one thing run smoothly and we appreciate them!

Sherri was so nice when she was helping me and my partner get a unit! She was happy to walk us to our exact one and talk through everything to expect and how to make our lives easier having a unit there. It does suck that she’s by herself at the desk so we were the only ones being helped and a line was forming behind us. She did greet everyone and she took her time with us getting us the best deals which i was very appreciative of.

We made a reservation, went to the storage office 3 straight days with no one there! We finally called the phone number on the reservation and had someone who said they could help us so we could get into storage that day. She was Great! We found the unit, it was clean, but no one told us how to turn on the lights. We finally figured it out by trial and error. Therefore you get a 3 star.

The Storage Place on Murphy Road is an awesome place to put your storage. They ensure that I have competitive pricing, they are very professional, offfer vehicles to rent for moving, and worked with me concerning payments when I was unemployed. Camille is fabulous and compassionate! If she doesn't know the answers she will get them and call you back. On top of all of that, my items in storage still look very good after being in the air conditioned units that they are in. Thank you employees at The Stoage Place!
I passed by this place so many times but when I needed a storage close to my folks when I got a job offer on short notice...it turned out to be a gem in our own backyard! Camille the manager has been amazing & added a personal touch...assisting me with it even though I work out of town. I’m downsizing spaces right now with them & have yet to break the bank.. clean..nice..affordable with good service!

I have been renting with The Storage Place on Murphy for a little over a year. I have had a great experience with management, both Camille and Tai have been amazing to work with. The grounds are always well kept, and the storage community is quiet. I rent a couple indoor climate controlled units and I am very happy with them. The location is perfect for me, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

5 stars! The ladies here we're very nice and considerate. They showed me around the lot and broke everything down to show me which storage was right for me. They ALSO helped me out with my storage truck and even held on to it for me until I was ready. There storage unit is SUPER CLEAN and ORGANIZED. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT HERE. The girl in the front spoke so proper. I really recommend this place.
