Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your own insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Facility access hours, sometimes called gate hours, are the available times when our customers may access their units. These hours differ from our office hours and are unaffected by holiday scheduling. The access hours for our facility is from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM.
Yes, you will need a lock for your storage unit. Some locations use specialty locks depending on the door type. You can purchase a lock that was specifically designed for use on storage units. If you would rather bring your own lock, we recommend checking with your property manager to ensure the appropriate size and style of lock is being used. We do not allow combination locks at our facilities (such as a locker lock); all locks must be keyed.

Immaculate grounds. The last place I rented was so infested with roaches, I literally ran out and left the lock and key I had purchased in the storage unit. I am absolutely thrilled about renting here. I only paid 35$ for the first month after the admin fee and insurance. Can’t beat that at all. It’s incredibly clean. All of the locks on the doors to the inside storages work properly. Over all just a really really nice storage facility that doesn’t compare to any of the ones I’ve seen here. The ONLY thing I don’t like is that it isn’t 24 hour access. Something I can get over. The staff is also really nice and helpful. Renting the unit all online was a breeze. I was so happy with the place I paid a month in advance. If I could give more stars I really would. :)

I've been with this storage unit since before they were Istorage. The staff is great and always happy to answer questions. They have 24/7 options on their plans and incredible temperature controlled units. The only thing I wish they had was a private bathroom.in the units and a usable dumpster. Other than that 11/10 would recommend.

Mike was such an amazing person for my first encounter. He showed me where my unit was and made sure my code worked and even explained how the gate worked and how the times worked as well. It’s hard to believe only one guy runs the shifts for the most part. Mike surely deserves a raise. I had to rent a storage unit for an out of town family member who was moving to Texas. I had the honor to work with Stephen He was very pleasant, professional and explained everything explicitly. We bought boxes & Moving supplies for our storage, I waited a week to send my review because I wanted to give a truthful review. Yesterday 10-2-20 driving from VA to San Antonio I needed to find a storage, so I called istorage and left a message, in less than an hour my call was returned by Karyn. I told her that I was on my way but I wouldn't be there before she closed, she was willing to wait on us even though we were more than an hour away. I told her if she can tell us where to park the Pensk truck we'll see her in the morning. Today I met her and she was just as kind, courteous, pleasant and helpful as she was on the phone. Been here for over 3 years. My band has never had any issues with Management or noise complaints. The 24 hour access option makes it easy to unload after shows which is usually around 2-3am. Bottom line this place and management ROCK!!

I was helping my mom move out of her home and into a smaller apartment. We ended up having a need for a small storage facility last minute. Did a quick search online and storage depot was the closest to us, still open late Saturday afternoon. Headed over and was assisted by Denise. Denise was great, patient, and took her time helping us even though it was almost time for the office to close. EXCELLENT customer service. We were able to get a unit, and even after a small mixup on my behalf, she was able to help us correct the error even though it was well past her scheduled shift. The facility is in great condition and the storage units are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend doing business with this location.
I had to severely downsize and temporarily stay somewhere and could not take all my stuff with me. Denise at this location was FANTASTIC! She helped me figure out just what I needed and was so accommodating even though I walked in at the last minute. In other words, to finish the transaction she had to stay a bit late and she was wonderful about it and still took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The prices here are also awesome and the facility is clean and well cared for. A lot of attention is given to it being safe and clean. I would recommend 100% and will if any of my friends or family needs storage.
Awesome service and wonderfully helpful staff. They have awesome clean storage areas of perfect size and on top of that the price was the lowest we can find. They also offered a lot more insurance than other places and have access till 11pm where others were 9pm. Definitely happy with the purchase!

For over 4 years now i somehow have been involved in this place. A friend of mine used this place a long time and i hung out here with him quite often years ago. Then i reccomemed it to my brother and some more friends and nobody complains. As long as you pick up your trash you dont get bothered with. They let you do you and mind their buniness unless you give a reason for otherwise. Great spot and think everybody should give them a try if your in need of some storage. Lol

The property there Manager deserves kudos. Access can be a little difficult at times due to the busy road access, otherwise worth the effort.
I signed up 6 months ago and am just now reviewing simply because I realized how dumb I was not to do so earlier. The manager Mari was simply amazing at helping pick out the best unit, rent a truck, alleviate any fears I had and simply be an amazing sales person. She did not hard sell me and treated me like a human and it was very refreshing. I will use this facility for all my storage needs for simply that reason.
