Kathy provided AMAZING customer service! I needed a unit for only a month at 8117 T Rd The rate was very reasonably discounted. The location is safe and secure, and the staff is very attentive. Had a great experience setting up my rental. Customer service was excellent. Al was a big help.

I have stored my my items here for three years. This is a clean and well secured facility. They keep the climate controlled units at a good temperature so your items stay in good condition. Kathy is very professional and kind and goes the extra mile to make sure your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed. She does a great job of managing things especially since she is the only staff member I have seen there. Staffing seems limited but she is attentive. They also have a couple of sturdy, flat carts if you need to borrow them. I am moving my items because I am relocating but if I had the need, I would use this facility again.

This was the best experience. Kathy at store 8117 Timberlake Road in Lynchburg, VA went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ve rented different storage units over the last 20 years, but never had such a pleasant experience like I did this facility.

My husband and I have been traveling 2 years in our Motorhome. 10 days ago it caught fire and is a total loss. We had to clean out 2 years worth of stuff out of a 35 foot class A Motorhome. We needed som where in Lynchburg to store our belongings until we could for a replacement RV. We found Istorage online and used their facility on Timberlake Rd. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience with no problems getting into our unit.

I needed immediate storage unit and they helped me immensely. I was able to get a size that was perfect in size and price. Thank you.

My storage unit had great room and was very easy to get in and out of. The process of moving in and out was straightforward and fast.

This location is having major issues with keeping the gate closed ,I'm guessing they can't find someone to fix the problem other than that the storage is convenient and prices are great!

My experience of this place is hands down a great place to come for storage. They have great hospitality and customer serice. I reccomend them if anyone is relocating to a new place.

Great service,I went by in the POURING rain and due to Covid, no one is allowed inside the office,however Patsy did a fantastic job,she came out in the rain and showed me several units and brought all paperwork to my car to sign. My wife wanted the Boat out of the driveway! I looked around and found iStorage Self Storage. Very reasonable rates to park my boat there, and no lengthy contract! I could pay be the month. The manager, Matt, was very helpful and professional. Lastly, the facility is a secure facility. That was very important to me. I’m happy, but more importantly, guess who else is happy!😊 I recommend iStorage Self Storage without reservation!

Lauren was a sweet heart and helped us set up right away. We got a deal on the first month and kept the storage unit for three months while we were moving. Everything was clean and in functioning order. Would definitely use again when I need to.

Amanda was very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and was very respectful in the process. The prices where great, and after getting a unit and inspecting it I feel very comfortable keeping all of my items there. I went in just looking to get answers about a unit and ending up going ahead and getting one, took maybe 15 mins to get everything done. Paper work and all. I highly recommend istorage and working with Amanda.

Fairly straight forward storage rental. Nothing too surprising, the service was nice. The keypad access is great too for those long days spent packing and moving. Make sure to give advanced notice before you clear out, otherwise you might just pay for it.

I dealt with Amanda. She was very curtious and efficient. The entire process from identifying my storage needs to getting the gate code was very quick. Amanda did a great job of getting the job done. Such an amazing experience! This is my first time needing a storage facility for my belongings and Amanda was very kind and helpful! I reserved a 5x5 storage unit and changed my mind to a 5x10. Unfortunately they were already reserved, however, Amanda called me back right away when there was a unit free!

We used to be a customer a while back, we thought we might need a storage facility again, so we called to get some information, the employees were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Turns out we don't storage at this time, but will definitely go back to them if and when we do.

It's a straight-forward storage place; they have both indoor and outdoor storage spaces. In general I recommend that when storing items make sure you use boxes or containers. Somehow tiny creatures, like stink bugs, can get in.

Everyone was wonderful from the individual who answered the phone to the young lady who helped us in person. They were very knowledgeable, helpful & personable.

I really enjoyed renting from Uncle Bob's. Although I was a remote renter, the staff was always polite and helpful with any need I had. I really appreciated the promotion deal I got when I first started, I was able to choose my first month's rental fee. $1!

Most businesses go out of their way to ignore me because I am handicapped. Your staff went out of their way to include me and then let me sit and fill out the paperwork and get everything done in a painless and easy manner. This is the first time I was treated like a person and yet allowed to be handicapped.
