I Storage is a really great facility. Secure. Safe. Clean. But what really makes IStorage a great place is their local facility staff/managers. Specifically, Ms Tangie Smith in the Madison, Al location. She is Professional, Personable, Honest, Trustworthy(she does what she says she will do). A great representative of I Storage. In fact, she IS A definite ASSET to your company. Customer Service-Excellent! Thanks again IStorage. I will definitely tell others to store their "stuff" with you guys!😉

I highly recommend using this storage facility and the customer I received was above and beyond. My family moved cross-country and Tangie made the experience much more seamless. She even called me back using caller ID, after I called during times when she was busy helping others. I highly recommend this facility and Tangie is one of the best customer service reps I have worked with!

Excellent customer service! My family was moving cross-country and I noticed this facility had temperature controlled units. When I called, I spoke with Tangie, the office manager. Tangie provided the best customer service experience and went above and beyond. She answered all my questions, helped me set up 2 units for my move, and even called me back after I had called to make inquiries during times when she was helping others. I highly recommend this facility and Tangie is great to work with!

Update: The gate is fixed. But don’t expect the corporate office of istorage to be of much help without a 20-30 minute hold time on the phone. Tangie, the property manager, is a pleasant person to deal with. She is attentive and gets things done. If you want to rent a unit or a uhaul, call the local office and ask for her directly. Don’t waste your time with any of the corporate numbers.

November 1 2021 i came in to the istorage self storage looking for a box thats fits my product i brought inside and they had the box size i needed but it was the right size height wise but it was to long width size. So Ms debbie the property manager put a box together so that i can be able to fit my item in the box perfectly without have to be charged an outrageous amount when i go ship my item off to its destination. The bigger the box the more it costs to ship. Long story short ms debbie saved me some money and she did it by providing great assistance to this customer Thank you.

2020 has been one of the worst but best years for me. I recently accepted a job out of state and had to come back to get the last of my items from another storage facility nearby. I went to the Decatur location months ago and when I came in to ask about renting a storage unit Kim was extremely helpful and kind. I had never rented anything before and it was awesome to have someone that could show me the ropes. I will be getting a unit here because I trust them to keep my items safe and it’s the cleanest unit I’ve seen while looking for somewhere to store my stuff.

This place is amazing! Before purchasing a storage unit, they show it to you to make sure it will be the right size. & they allow you to upgrade in size if it’s not big enough. I interacted with Ms. Debbie and she was very courteous and extremely helpful. I bought a huge rug from Wayfair. I did not like the rug and had to ship it back. I did not have anyway to ship it back as the original packaging was torn. I went to Fedex but they quoted me $100 for a custom rug package. Ms. Debbie suggested I use a Large Storage bag, which only cost $3.95. I utilized that bag and Wayfair accepted it. Ms. Debbie saved me $100. A+ for customer service.

It was easy to set up to view the units and get signed up with a unit. The office staff was always very polite and friendly. I would recommend them to others. They got great security, you have to enter a code to get in and exit.

I stored some furniture and appliances in a 10' x 10' outdoor storage unit here from April 2018 through November 2018 while searching for a house. I had a great experience with the staff and facility, and I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for storage. Moving in was a breeze. Entering and exiting the facility through the secure gate is easy peasy, and there's tons of room to maneuver a large truck to unload your stuff straight into your storage unit. All of my things were in great shape when I moved out. My storage unit was clean and in proper order when I moved in and moved out. I didn't have any issues with pests or vermin taking residence in my stuff or the storage unit. The staff are incredibly friendly, fastidious, and accomodating. If you have any questions, they'll give you a straight answer, and they're really on top of their game when it comes to keeping the place in tip top shape. Long story short: this is a great place to keep your stuff.

This place is amazing. My wife, kids, and I pulled in after a long move/unloading, coming from ATL. I had an issue that the friendly proprietor quickly moved to help me resolve, identifying with my dilemma vice putting the issue right back on me to deal with alone. Talk about being part of the solution instead of part of the problem! Made me want to look for stuff in the new garage just to store with them for their wonderful way of doing business. They get it, and they understand good business practices- that's rare these days...

My family recently rented a unit here and honestly in my experience most all storage units are about the same. Our deciding factor to rent here was the service we received by Debbie along with appearance and cleanliness of the property. She took the time to show us the unit and ask questions to make sure the space we looked at would be the correct size for our needs. That may seem like a given but other places in the area made it seem like a chore to show us the rental space if they showed it at all. Debbie also took the time to make certain we had the packing materials we needed and made suggestions on packing materials we were not aware of. Debbie also did a great job at explaining the lease and the services we were paying for. This place while similar wasn't the cheapest we inquired about but the service provided by Debbie along with the cleanliness of the property by far made this the best value in the area in my opinion.

Had a unit here for 7 months. The whole get two months free is a bit of a scam in my opinion. You have to pay two months up front to get two months free. We didn't have it at the time, we had just spent plenty moving here, and of course didn't get any deal at all. Other than that, place was clean, people were nice, never had any other issues.
