I rented a closet size unit. It’s perfect for saving my deceased husbands items. We moved in on a Sat. The facility houses large vehicles/semis. The diesel fuel from running trucks made an otherwise great experience a little unpleasant. Great location, clean, felt safe.

Joseph did a great job in helping me out with what I needed Unit wise.

Everyone was so nice and play and very helpful and the whole process of getting my unit was like 5 minutes the quickest and easiest I've ever had running a storage unit I think everybody should run from here

Overall 4 stars but the woman who assisted with our return of the U-Haul was amazing! She was professional, courteous, helpful and very, very nice! The storage unit we are renting was great! It was clean, with high ceilings, and the temperature control feature is really great in this humid climate. My partner and I were *very* satisfied with the space. The reason this is a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review is because of the man who initially helped us with the storage paperwork. He wouldn’t give direct answers to the question, “Which unit is ours?” saying, “Just down there around the corner,” causing us to overshoot it and have to loop around with our 26-foot truck and our movers following behind. He didn’t seem to recognize that we overshot it because of poor directions on his part. Overall we are quite pleased with our experience with iStorage and would recommend them.

Went in and only one person was working. He was very helpful and took us and showed us two different options and then very quickly signed us up - very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for storage needs.

Very thorough customer service, clean, friendly, environment. No worries

Lu, who I dealt with is so sweet and helpful. The storage units are clean and reasonable prices. Only complaint is there was no rest room or water fountain in the building where my storage unit was. But, I would use iStorage Self Storage again.

THE BEST storage unit I have been to and used. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with the most welcoming Building manager, Lu. She was fantastic at listening to all of my needs and assisting me with the perfect unit. She has been extremely helpful with every step of my move in to this unit and will continue to do so going forward. The space is in TOP shape, very clean and the climate controlled space is perfect!

I've rented several units here for the past year. The site manager, Lou, and Gary are always great. I've never worried about my belongings here. Very safe, and clean facility.

Good price, nice facility. 2 problems. When I pull the dolly the ground-sill at the door is an obstacle. Sometimes I'm really struggling to pull it through especially when it's full and heavy and I'm alone. It would be nice if it was made even with the floor surface. The other thing is the payment system. It didn't work for me last time. I tried to pay my bill online but there was no way to do it. I had to do it over the phone which I really don't like. It's nothing major but some inconvenience. If you guys correct them it would be awesome.

The process was smooth and the place is very clean. The staf is courteous and always ready to help you, both of them. The price is my only reason for moving out. I had a 35 foot gooseneck trailer and charged over $200 montly plus upfron more than $300 because security deposit and that stuf.

The people are pleasant and want to help. I did have to fill the reservation three times because my first online reservation got lost as 'well as the first paperwork I filled out so that was inconvenient. The space I rented is smaller than the 5x5 unit I had at another place, but it's very clean and has good climate control.

My wife and I compared all of the storage options near us. iStorage was not the cheapest, but very close (less than $5/mo). Each of the others quoted prices that were for storage only, trying to upsell the insurance later. After spending a long time comparing prices at one place, as we walked out the door we were told to go online for a much cheaper price. Why not give me that price when I walk in the door, like iStorage did? We made our decision based on the honest and attentive staff, and the cleanliness of the facility. Go see Boogie and Lu before you bother with the rest, so you'll know what to compare.

Our recent move to North Fort Myers from New Jersey was made immeasurably easier due to the great service we received from the North Fort Myers, FL iStorage management team. They also have a post box facility there conveniently. They were even kind enough to call me when I received a package! I recommend this storage location located off of Hwy 41 in North Ft Myers

I never dealt with a storage facility before yesterday, so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience, which gives me peace of mind entrusting all my personal property to their facility's care. The monthly rental price was extremely reasonable, and I was offered several options and not pressured into anything. The facility is extremely clean and organized. The staff, Robert & Lu, were SO incredibly helpful, welcoming and professional! They seem to take pride in working there, which also makes me feel more at ease to trust this place. I walked out of there feeling like I made a great decision about something I had no dealings with before - this has taken such a load of worry off my mind as I am otherwise occupied in house-hunting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone based on my experience so far!!
