The staff are great to work with! Twice , I have rented units here and both times they did everything possible to assist with my specific requests. I've used other storage facilities and none have gone above and beyond like iStorage.

Ms. Amica embodies the definition of GREAT CUST SRV! She went above and beyond for my family's first ever experience with IStorage. I sent a review to Corporate to let them know how truly blessed they are to have Amica representing their company.

You can do everything online. They have a nice planning guide that allows you to enter your items and then it gives you the estimated size of unit that you need. The complex is extremely clean and easy to access

Oh Miss Amica was so helpful when I spoke to her. I know I asked some dumb questions but she had so much patience with me and treated me so well. Never once did she pressure me. I told her I was getting quotes right now and she took it to heart not to push. Definitely recommend and if the price is the best will definitely be going back to talk to her.

Mr. Steve is an outstanding associate at Simply Self Storage. Not only did he take care of me the customer, he was very adamant about the upkeep of the facility. This facility is very clean and the surroubdings atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend Simply Safe Storage on Peake Rd in Macon, GA. They have a secure property that is very clean and is well managed. Even though the monthly fee is somewhat high, I feel that you get what you pay for.

The only place that I would ever use, well lit, very secure, and if there are any questions or issues, Steve is very accommodating.

Steve made two units happen on a Sunday afternoon. It was a breeze. Great access hours too. I keep a few of these things and this is the easiest with the most accommodating staff

I needed a temporary storage space for my vinyl record collection, so based on past experience decided to use Simply Self Storage. As always the staff was very helpful in helping me decide what size compartment would fit my needs and budget. Having climate control and weather proofing was also a plus so my loved vinyl didn't have to face any harsh Georgia heat or rain leakage. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I have used this storage facility several times over the last few years when I've needed a space to store some things, such as when moving my personal classroom items and most recently in preparation for a move. It is clean, the prices are reasonable, and most importantly I feel safe going in and out. It's also really convenient to the interstate and that's great when you're moving things across town. I also appreciate that there's no "hard sell" at the front desk...you get exactly what you ask for and you're not pressured to get any more. I highly recommend this storage business-they have to be one of the best in town!
