I have use the facilities at this location for several years now, and the property manager, Jose, is definitely one of the most affable and helpful people who have been at this particular location. I’ve watched his interaction with other customers, as I’ve been there doing things or waiting my turn, and he’s treated each and every one, in person, and with his phone calls, with respect and appreciation. Jose does a great job there!

Jose is amazing! I needed to change units and he made the process painless, even during system upgrades. He is a great addition to this site!

Couldn’t have been easier. We reserved a unit online, and on the same day we were moving our stuff in. Kaye at the front desk was a amazing. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Araceli and Jessie really turned this location around. Just 4 months ago, this location was on its way out. Since January this location has really did a 180 degree turn around and is one of the best I’ve ever been a tenant of and hands down one of the safest locations around. It’s right off the Skyway tollway and feet away from Indiana toll road. All my previous issues with my unit were addressed right away and I would recommend this location to anyone in the area or in northwest Indiana. They have a huge parking lot and dolly’s are now always accessible to the tenants. I hope to continue to do business here

Came in to seek a small unit and unsure as to what to get. Araceli and Jessie were great and the service was outstanding.

I storage has made a complete 360. My wife and I were going to terminate our rental. But now I believe we will continue to stay thanks to the team currently there. The place is spotless now. Very presentable.

I have 2 other units and was dissatisfied with the lack of service( no manager on site) and had already secured another storage unit with another company however, on a day I was to move my items to new unit, I met with the new manager. She was fantastic and convinced me to stay with istorage. Immediately I noticed the change. The facility was cleaner and smelled clean. I hope that it continues on this path

(2nd) the facility needs more carts!!! I have read past reviews about not enough carts and it's so inconvenient when multiple renters are there at one time and there is only 1 cart...

At first I had an issue regarding supplies not being delivered to location. I was able to get what I needed with in two days.

Now that everything transferred over from extra space storage to them, the process is much more easier and the gentleman they have working there is super nice, and helpful, really good costumer service.

Jasmine was such a Great person...she answered all my questions and helped me pick a unit that better fit my needs. Her personality and customer service was Amazing such a joy to be around. I highly recommend this place. They keep it very clean and it's not in a bad neighborhood.

Randl is an amazing person! He made my experience with Extra Space Storage welcoming and appreciated! He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and customer oriented! The facility is amazing! I love the locks, cleanliness, lighting and the prices are so affordable! I have had terrible experience with a different Extra Space employee at another Chicago location, however Randl's exceptional customer service and support saved and secured a customer in me!

The representatives are very kind and welcoming and answered all the questions we had. They have air and heat so it is controlled by season.
