Needed some extra space. Just rented a decent size unit for my needs. Very reasonable prices. Flexible payment options. Secure premises. Monthly leases. No long term commitment. You can also go bigger or smaller depending on your needs midlease, no problem. It'll just be prorated. Also the manager, Jessie, is super cool. He helped out with all my questions and got me signed up. A-plus establishment!

Clean. There's only 2 dollies and customer do not replace them to area where they are stationed. Always have to hunt around for dollies.

I'm working to clean out a very large 10X20 locker. And it helps a great deal to have carts at your convenience. It helps a great deal. I have to use 2 at a time so thanks management for the great service.

We had a little trouble getting started with renting a unit. The computer was not cooperating, however the gentleman waiting on us was so patient and kind that we didn't feel inconvenienced at all. Once he got it straightened out, everything else went really smooth. I would definitely recommend renting from this facility.

Came here today to look into getting a storage. The manager Sonya was so nice and very knowledgeable about the business. If I decide to get a storage in the near future would definitely come back to this location. If I can her 20 stars I would.

Sonya is always nice to deal with & she remembers everyone's name. I rent an indoor unit & find it conveniently located, very clean, & the common areas are well lit. They have carts for us to use and a garage bay we can pull into if needed. I appreciate that they place my delivered items in the unit for me since I almost never arrive before the office closes. There's even a restroom available to us.

I am packing up my house so I needed a few boxes to store all my things. I stopped in to this location on my way home from Work to buy some boxes. I was greet by a man named rich who was very pleasant and helpful. He also told me about some of the deals going on for renting a storage unit to I have a place to store all my packed up item. I was very pleased and I am Happy I decided to stop in when I did.

Sign up was so pleasant and easy thanks to Sonya, the manager. She was a ray of sunshine in my busy (organizing & moving) day. She took me for a brief tour to show me the unit as well as the best way to drive up to it to make exiting easier. The property looked clean, secure, & safe. Sonya explained the contract thoroughly & asked if I had any questions. I wish every place that I go to had a Sonya. The world would be a much nicer place.

Sonya at this location provides the greatest customer service I've ever received. She knows your name after only one meeting and knows your space number without looking it up. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable & fair pricing. I am hoping they will accept my homeowners policy to negate their $12 charge each month. I bought a lock in anticipation of acquiring the unit but they use a particular type of lock ($13) which is annoying but not awful.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have done a ton of work on this site and added a whole indoor complex and upgraded the entire lot. That is the good. The bad? They have raised my rates three times in the last 18 months so plan on paying more than advertised soon after renting your space.

If you decide to rent at CubeSmart, be sure to bring proof of insurance (your residential insurance policy including declarations) when you sign the rental agreement. Otherwise, you'll be required to purchase their insurance for an additional monthly fee ($12 and up at this location).

Richard is a rock star in his own right. He’s a good listener, thorough, and hilarious (without being over the top). My mom and I enjoyed the time we spent with Richard while securing a storage unit contract. It felt like we’d known him a lifetime. Prosessionalism at its best. If they had 6 ⭐️, I would. Sonia was a delight as well. She was very welcoming and professional.

Firstly, Shar is AMAZING!!! I called the day before in a panic and she calmed me by giving me options and assuring me she'd be in the office the next day. When you arrive, they walk you to your reserved unit for you to review it and make any changes if necessary. The interior units are climate controlled with access to dollies, an oversized loading area, ramps, etc. I was very impressed and have no concern for my items!

Clean, new place, but the first month is not free!! You have to pay a 1 time fee. Buy their lock. And pay for the daily insurance. So the free first month cost me $50. So beware of the deception!

Rich was great on the phone and even better in person. The site was very clean as well as the office. I feel like my personal belongings will be very safe

I recently rented a storage unit at this CubeSmart location. Tatianna, the manager here, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in getting me set up to use my storage space. The facility itself is newly constructed, so it is super clean and pleasant to move into. I chose it because of it's proximity to both my home and I-294, as well as the fact that it is more affordable than the other two places I scouted out nearby. I'm pleased with my choice and would recommend to anyone who needs to store their belongings before moving to a new home.
