One of the best facilities I have used. We used this location for work needs as I also had to manage out of state. The management, especially the manager on duty I always worked with was amazing. Made everything so easy and always communicated with me. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Super easy to work with, access to unit during closed hours was nice, issue with lock/key once and office provided new lock. Great customer service - prices jumped up quickly after a few months so maybe not best for long term storage but for short term was great!

This place has the best customer service that far surpassed my expectations for what I would expect from a nice apartment complex or hotel, but never a storage unit. Never would have thought the staff would be so helpful at a storage facility. Alex has been so beyond helpful and goes out of his way to help out and when Jennifer is here on his days off I know I'm still getting extra help and in great hands. Whether you own a business like I do or have other storage needs this is a great place if you are lucky enough to get a spot that fits your needs. I normally don't write reviews but Alex and his team have done an amazing job at this facility. Business owners especially I would highly recommend them.

He went above, and beyond to help me and got the lock off for me. He was very kind and he saved me a lot of money! I don’t know what I would’ve done if he wasn’t there because I had men on their way with a full truck. He saved the day!

Easy check-in process with health and safety precautions in mind. Storage units are clean upon rental and the property is attended to very well. Nanci does an excellent job and provides great customer service.

We had a great experience with Nanci at Penn Valley IStorage. She helped me reserve the unit over the phone at the last minute (we were en route with a truckload of furniture from out of state) and even arranged for us to get access to our key and unit for check-in after normal office hours so that we could get everything unloaded. The unit was clean, easy to access, and we really appreciated the extra help.

This place is so convenient! Was easy to get a setup and the access of the units were also very convenient. They do specials a lot of the time and so your first month is usually pretty cheap. Without gushing too hard, I totally have to recommend this facility and location! I'm a repeat customer, about 2 years ago I needed a storage unit and I picked iStorage out of all the others because of the gal at the front desk....fast forward to today, and I came back because of my previous experience but needed to choose a different location. I did search elsewhere, brand after brand, but it ended rather quickly because I had already experienced an awesome service from the years prior and knew what I was looking for. When I showed up, I was a basket case, my day wasn't going well at all and I was stressed out. ON top of that, I showed up 30 minutes before closing and was expecting to have a hard time. Then I met Nanci, she blew me away, super nice and so welcoming! I told her my predicament, that led to needing a storage unit, she logically worked out a solution, one that was way better than I had prepared. Showed me my options, walked me through the process and brought down my anxiety into a chill mood. I did not expect so much compassion, she stretched our time together and I didn't feel rushed. In fact, I was walking out of the office 5 minutes before she was closing up for the day! And she was still super friendly! Legit, she is a queen and she's out there putting smiles on faces. I wasn't in the best of moods when we first met, but by the end of our visit, I was over the moon. I have had the best experience and I will recommend everyone to this location, simply because Nanci is so awesome!
