The gentleman in the office was very friendly and professional. I reserved a unit via the 800 number on a Saturday with the 1st month free special. When I went in on Monday I was told that the special was not offered that day. He looked my reservation up and saw that I did reserve it on Saturday. He then called the owner who stated that he would honor the 1st month free special. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They were very helpful in selecting a unit and getting moved in. I've been using them for more than a year now and I have no complaints. The price has gone up once, but it was not much of an increase. The unit was clean upon move-in and there has been no water leaks or other difficulties with the unit. For me, the location is very convenient. They also have a rear entrance from a different road which comes in handy when the primary road is under construction.
