I have been a customer of I-Storage for over 18 months, and I want to give a shout out to Nina, on-site manager, at I-Storage 8280. Throughout this entire time, Nina has been professional, personable and truly invaluable in having a positive & seamless experience in securing storage units near the airport. We have other units throughout East Tennessee, but Nina’s facility has been remarkably accommodating for myself and other company representatives. Thank you Nina for being you, TERRIFIC!

It was a very pleasant experience getting our unit. They made us feel very welcoming.

So far so good! Haven't been attacked by an army of skeletons. Nina at sign up is delightful. My unit is in order and doesn't appear to be subject to future issues like I've heard some folks have had elsewhere.

Nina who works at this place is great. She has been there forever and treats her customers great. That is why you should rent a unit from her.

I have used this facility several times now and I cannot recommend it enough! The manager, Nina, has always been available when I need help or clarification, my items have been safe at all times, and they are very accommodating to any requests you may have. It is also at an amazing location, just a few minutes away from the airport!

Excellent facility. We rented here for three months after moving from out of state and searching for a house to buy. The place is clean and secure and can handle an 18 wheeler, whereas many cannot.

I had an emergency sort of storage situation when my other planned and reserved unit fell through. The ladies here at metro store helped me find the RIGHT unit and got me checked in in about an hour. This is amazing because I actually needed a unit across town and had to drive between two locations. They were just so nice and fast. Probably the best storage unit experience I’ve had.

Simply.... wonderful people to deal with.

This is a secure facility and not a lot of people moving in and out. The majority seem to be long term tenants or businesses that rent space. The ladies in the office have always been extremely helpful.

Great management! Great security! Wide choice of sizes from 5 ft closet sizes to 30 ft garage sizes.

They are always so accommodating and the prices are good. I keep my truck parked here for my monthly visits. Much cheaper than renting a car. Forget the taxis from the airport. They refuse to take you. Uber and Lyft!! I feel very secure leaving my vehicle parked here. Never an issue in 2 years.
