Just rented an unit. I was very pleased with the place very clean well managed. The manager Kaye went above and beyond to help us out, we decided to move location and she went above and beyond to show us what she had available and she redid our paperwork with no effort. I moved to Tennessee back in 2020. That's when I met Kaye over at istorage. I was in a pinch because I had not gotten a storage unit for my car and had no where to put it. Kaye went out of her way on her day off to get me into a unit on a Sunday and not only that she helped me push my car into a unit. She offered drinks and food. She was very welcoming and kind. Over the past 2 and half years staying at istorage She continued to let me know of any updates and other things going on even after work hours. Working with Kaye at istorage in friendsville has been the best experience I've had with any company. I highly recommend getting in touch with Kaye when looking for a storage unit.

The lady that works the office is super friendly, but no 24 hour access, EVEN THOUGH THEY GIVE YOU A GATE CODE EXCLUSIVE TO YOU.....I didn't get that... Wasn't the best deal on a storage unit in town, but great location right off airport highway next to Hampton inn behind Wendy's, right across from McGhee Tyson airport.

This is the cleanest nicest storage place I have ever seen There is a wide variety of options for size and climate control or not. Everything is automated except for your own padlock and door. It is completely enclosed and there are cameras everywhere. I feel very safe inside no matter the time of day. Staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend! D Flenn

Very clean storage facility, the covered storage for the boats and RVs are very reasonably priced and secured, I think that most if not all of the covered storage have electricity at each site! A great place to store your stuff!!
