I love storing my valuables there. Unlike the dirty bug infested unit about a mile away! I would recommend this business to all my family and friends.

The facility manager at the Kingston Pike location was very friendly, professional, and easy to get along with.

Monique is an angel!! I called her regarding some issues that I had with my unit, and she was so patient and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the info I needed, regarding the new unit, and made sure to check in with me to ensure I was doing ok. I was so stressed out during my move, and her kindness and willingness to help me relieved some of that stress. And even when I called her to confirm some of the stuff regarding the contract I had signed, she was so patient and helpful. Couldn’t have done this move without her! Thanks again Monique!!

Doing a cross country move has been a challenge to say the least. However, Dale at Metro Storage has been the best part of the move! Dale made the difficult details of the move easy!! I cannot thank him enough!!

My mother and I have been clients here for years. We have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Ryan and Dale are always friendly and willing to assist in any way. The location is convenient and easy to access! I am constantly recommending this company to my friends.

Unit itself was great and never had any problems. It was easy and safe to get into. Just be ready after 6 months for them to jack the rate up on you. Also, if you've pre-paid for a month, be prepared not to be refunded anything if you leave before that month is up.

What a great Storage place. I was so pleased with the prices and the easy website. When I went to the location I was shocked on how friendly and helpful the gentleman that was there helped me. I drug him all over the location and asked a million questions and not one time did he make me feel as though I was bothering him. The sign up was easy and I am very pleased with the overall outcome. Thanks Metro Self Storage for makeing my live a whole lot easier!!

Fairly pleased. Service was great, units were priced lower than many other places. The lot's space is a bit tight if you have a moving truck. Only real issue I had was that after 3 months the two units were slightly musty, to the point that I wouldn't want to use them for long-term use.

Very pleased with this company and location. Ryan in the office was great to work with. I think paying my bill online was a breeze. The place is clean and secure. If arriving after dusk it's well lit for security. I never had trouble with getting in or out of the front gate. The location is near the interstate which makes moving easier. I couldn't be more pleased with the facility and the service.

I have used several storage place over the years, but this is the best experience i have had with a storage place. Excellent customer service; nice, clean and secure facility; and great prices. I would really recommend this storage facility to anyone without a doubt.

Kim was great! We got delayed coming in from out of state and she worked with us to get our paperwork signed and accessing our unit.

I went there on a Saturday and Kim was working. She was very helpful and very nice. She had a great personality and she made us laugh. She grove us around in the golf cart and showed us units like we were riding in a limouse . We had a blast . She is really what customer service is all about.!!!!!! I would give her a 10 star If I could.

First off Ryan was extremely helpful and provided all the information explaining everything as it should have been. He had a positive attitude and made the whole interaction extremely efficient and personable. The storage facility was as you'd expect and I was able to move right in.

I use this facility for storing extra items which i dont have the space for. Not only is the facility locked 24/7, but the climate controlled area is always locked as well. It's a bit pricey, but most definitely worth the extra cost. My only negative is that there is no entry after 10PM, and I should be able to access my belongings 24/7, but overall a great place.

Easy rental of storage facilities couldn't be better. I'm happy with my experience at Cubesmart/Metro storage and the great people that work there. Don't remember all of their names but Chris and the woman that works there make my day when I talk to them. They are very friendly and courteous, just the way it suppose to be. Will recommend anyone who is looking for a good storage facility to Metro Self Storage. The name changed but not the nice people who will work with you to get you the size unit you need.

The General Manager, Mr. Chris Bailey, was professional as well as helpful. He notified me immediately when a space opened up which suited my particular storage needs. Chris was not only prompt, but diligent in getting me the very best deal and promotion available. Would I say he displayed the "Wow" attitude and would I recommend CubeSmart? Absolutely. In fact . . . I can't think of why any smart storage shopper would go anywhere else.

My husband and I were unsure of our needs. The manager, Deborah, walked us to the available storage facilities and discussed the size and rates in detail. We were able to make an educated decision because of this. We felt that she provided extremely good customer service. We would recommend this facility to friends and family. We feel very secure about our belongings.
