I was trying to figure out what size unit my son would need to store his belongings. I wanted everything to fit just right and not have to big of a unit. He took time to show me the different size units. Paul is very knowledgeable, polite and knows exactly just how to get the job done!

Paul is an extreme professional and a kind man. He helped my mother who is disabled and showed the upmost respect. I would recommend him to anyone.

IF I could give 10 stars I would. Paul and Tonnie the Area manager are the best. Always go out of their way to help. Tonnie has even opened my unit door when I couldn't and gone to get gas when I ran my car dry.. she is a blessing. I recommend this play to everyone.

It was very easy to get started and the gentleman in the office was very nice.

Storage is spacious and clean, access is awkward but not a big deal, one of the bulbs is out and I needed two pad locks on my unit ( 10”) but was never warned before the office person left for a 2 hour lunch (gone from noon to 2, had arrived and set up at 11:45). Have to wait two hours to lock my stuff on both doors and report the light bulb.

Had a unit there until I moved - had it over a year. Paul was always polite and helpful when I forgot my code and had to check in at the office and get the unit number again lol.

Great facilities, clean, well maintained. This is a very well ran organization. The manager at 8713 unicorn drive is always helpful!

Excellent service - quickly and efficiently showed us possible storage options to meet our needs and necessary paperwork was handled quickly. Nice to be able to buy a lock on site also. Site manager was very polite and professional.

The manager Paul was great, 5 stars across the board. Give Paul a raise and a promotion for over the top customer service and managerial like candor. Paul was well versed in knowledge, prompt and honest. For some reason Paul isn’t listed in the “assisted by” drop down.

Upon arrival Dale was great! He explained all details and showed us where our unit was. He also confirmed that the unit size (after showing us) was going to work for our needs.

Absolutely love Kim and the staff at this location!! They have always been awesome to my family and friends that I have referred over to their facility. I have never had any issues with my storage units at this location. They keep it clean and secure. I love this location and would highly recommend going to see Kim and her crew.

We are in the process of moving to Knoxville TN. Kim, at the Unicorn Dr location in Knoxville was extremely helpful in our relocation from Georgia to Knoxville. Not only was she helpful but also very friendly and helped throughout the whole process. We will definitely recommend her to anyone needing a storage space. She treated us as if we were family.

Some units have lips on ground thats really high. Males it a pain to fully use your units

Kim is an amazing manager and Metro Self Storage Unit will always have my business. We moved out of the unit for a move across country and had to move back because of the virus and Kim and her team went out of their way to support us. Hands down best storage facility in Knoxville!

You couldn't have a better manager of the Self Storage on Unicorn Drive than Kim. She takes excellent care of your property, and she takes excellent care of your customers. She is kindhearted, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, thoughtful, respectful, and careful. I have had a storage unit at this location for approximately 20 years, and there has never been a manager as good as Kim--not even close. I hope she will stay at this location forever, because you will never be able to find anyone else who will be as good to both your company and your customers as Kim is. There aren't a lot of really goodhearted people in the world, but she is one of them.

Wonderful experience so far! Kim is friendly, the facilities are clean and well mentioned, and process are great! Move in was quick and seamless. Safe area that is tucked away from the main road but easy to get to. Will update if anything changes, but so far everything has been great!

You know, when I read reviews for different businesses online, it seems like nine out of ten are negative. I have never personally left a review for any business. Some of the reviews are legit I guess, but some seem over the top. Like the business so inconvenienced you that they ruined your life. Relax people. Chill out. Maybe take some yoga classes. So, here is my review or Metro Storage on Unicorn Drive in Knoxville, TN. I rented a 10x30 and was charged a very reasonable fee and dealt with Kim there. She is very pleasant to deal with, and quite funny! Signing the paperwork took all of five minutes. I have had zero problems in about three months. The place is clean, well lit, secure, the gate always works ( except one time it was broken and they had the mother board on the gate system replaced the very next day ). I told Kim that if a larger unit or if adjacent units came available, I would immediately like to rent them so that I could have more room. Well, it wasn’t too long before I got a call from her and lo and behold I got that 20x30 I wanted. I am impressed with the fact that after a few months she still remembered me telling her that! So, now I am in my new storage home and am quite happy. Everything is organized just the way I want it. So, thank you Metro Storage, and especially thank you KIm! Life is too short. When things don’t go your way and the service is ridiculously lousy, yea leave your review letting the rest of us know. But, come on people, we are all busy in this world, and don’t sweat the small things, it’s not good for your heart.

It was okay but now it is getting too expensive. They just did a price hike. I will be taking my items elsewhere. I could rent a shed and put on my property for the prices they are charging now. The staff are nice though and the place is clean every time I go.

Very friendly and helpful

Nothing but easy from looking in the website, calling, seeing, renting, and using my unit. Not my first mini warehouse, won't be my last, and as far as places go this over is very well run and kept and offers tremendous value. All drive up units, ample elbow room, HIGH ceilings, friendly manager, secure, and easily accessible. Check the website, I got half of my month and some units had a month free. No commitments here, month to month. Check it out if your in the market.

I have been a tenant at this location for several years. Kim and staff are awesome. Always friendly and very helpful. For a business tenant, this facility is perfect. Easy access for trucks and accepts small deliveries. Site is always clean and tidy. The secured site is safe and very well lit at night. I would definitely and have recommended this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

Having never rented a storage unit I had no idea what to expect. The staff at storage pros was friendly, knowledgeable, and made things very easy. One of the employees Mandi stood out always having a smile on her face and making sure I was always helped if I required assistance.
